Shipping & Pickup Information

Free Shipping on all domestic orders no minimums. There is no expedited shipping outside the 48 states. We do not offer Two Day or Next Day delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Military bases and Canada.

Expedited Shipping Methods and Delivery Time – Does not include print time. Items ship after product printing is completed. For expedited product printing please select products from our Sameday Category.

 *Two Day and Next Day orders must be submitted by 5:00 PM EST. If the order is placed before 5:00pm EST then you can use the chart above to see when it will arrive. If the order is placed after 5:00pm EST then add one additional day.

* We cannot guarantee delivery dates will be met for expedited shipping methods on clearance merchandise because clearance merchandise is in very limited supply and it may take additional days to process and ship.

Where We Ship

 United States (48 contiguous States)

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is only $7.95 for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We ship all orders in the continental US via UPS. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days unless Two Day or Next Day shipping was selected.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers

The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via UPS Air and arrive within 7 business days.

US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam Customers

The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities to our international shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Military/Air Force Base Customers

The cost for shipping is $14.95 per order. Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities to our shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Canadian Customers

The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities to our international shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via Federal Express International or United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Also, please note that you will have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your Custom T-Shirt Pro invoice.

Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging in to My Account and going to My Orders.

Shipping in Multiple Packages

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
